A house rule I've adopted is using the new Imperial Guard Storm-Troopers in the place of Inquisitorial Storm-Troopers at the point cost listed in the Imperial Guard Codex. I don't think this, in any way, goes against fluff or the spirit of the rules. Here's my list:

Headquarters: Brother Captain 91
Psycannon
Retinue: 4 Grey Knight Terminators 209
Psycannon, 1 Thunder-Hammer/Storm-Shield

Troops: 1 Grey Knight Justicar – 7 Grey Knights 225

Troops: 1 Grey Knight Justicar – 7 Grey Knights 225

Troops: 1 Grey Knight Justicar – 7 Grey Knights 225

Troops: 8 Inquisitorial Storm-Troopers 133
Behind Enemy Lines
Chimera 55
Multi-Laser, Heavy Flamer

Troops: 8 Inquisitorial Storm-Troopers 133
Behind Enemy Lines
Chimera 55
Multi-Laser, Heavy Flamer

Heavy Support: Grey Knights Dreadnought 148
Twin-Linked Las-Cannon, Missile Launcher, Extra Armor, Smoke Launchers

Heavy Support: Grey Knights Land-Raider 250

Total: 1749

P.S.
For those of you that don't know the Storm-Trooper rules. They select one mission at the beginning of the game. Behind Enemy Lines gives them Infiltrate and on the first turn they fire they cause pinning. Aerial Assault allows them to re-roll Deep Strike.

That's a lot of points for some very fragile troopers. Since you're going with IG stormies, you might as well take cheaper IG chimeras. That way, they can outflank (but not deep strike) protected in their vehicles.

It's ok when playing against your friends, but if you go to GW or someplace like that and place against strangers, even in friendly games, your list might not fly.

Point taken, but I don't think they're as fragile as you make them out to be, T3 4+Sv is more than average considering all the armies out there (Orks, Tyranids, Eldar, Dark Eldar, Imperial Guard) and they're as tough as Tau and Sisters of Battle. The only armies that have better Troops are Space Marines, Chaos, and Necrons.

You're right though, too many troops, list edited. See above...

P.S.
This list is intended to be casual, I'm not about to go to tournaments with it and really I'm just looking for an excuse to field the new Imperial Guard Stormies because I can't justify their cost in my Guard list.
