Your troop choice is really low - a total of 11 GK's? You need to bulk up on them. In low point games, you need to forgo a lot of the "extras" and have more "fundamentals". In this instance, extras = elites & heavies. Though I'd keep the dread for anti-tank, but I'd drop the bombardment and the callidus in favor of 7-8 more scoring troops. I'd also spread the psycannons so that each GK squad has 1.
