Wanted, or For Trade thread?

Are we allowed to have a WH swap thread...

I have a bunch of stuff that I am not currently using, and I bet some of the people just getting into the game wouldn't mind having. I am also in need of a few things, and I bet some of you have them lying around...

So... Are we allowed to sticky a swap... not saying FOR SALE... saying FOR TRADE... thread... it would be nice to deal directly with other WH players and not wade through all of the stuff on ebay or bartertown or something.

I didn't see anything in the rules about not being allowed to have one...
