@username1:
It is against LO policy rules to just outright post stats that you can find in the books. That is copyrighted information, and can be used by GW to shut this website down. We can help you if it is something you don't understand, but if you just want us to tell you what is the stat, we will tell you to look it up in the codex (or rulebook).

Each PAGK has somewhere between 0 and 300 wounds. The precise amount can be learned by looking at the Codex, or by answering me these questions three.

ok lets get away from the first stupid question and ask ourselves, do we think normal GK or GK termies deserve another wound?
Personally i dont care about the normal GK but i would like the Termies to get another wound, but im guessing that would be overkill
Frank Fugger

The number of wounds they currently have is fine. Proper Storm Shields would be overkill, more wounds would just be madness.
Another point of Initiative, however...
HL-C
July 11th, 2009, 09:25
well i say this because it makes sense that after years of fighting a termie would be able to take more hits then a normal grey knight
Frank Fugger
July 11th, 2009, 10:59
Why does that make sense?
Also how does it affect game balance? If you want to get rid of these Terminators that are hitting you at S6 at Initiative you have to beat each model's WS5, T4 and saving throw twice? Or bring powerfists? They're only 6ppm more than normal Termies, how is that remotely fair?

Perhaps if just the brother captain was given 2 wounds and made say 80pts? Mid point level 2 wound HQ is what we want and to be able to take a couple in GKT squads would be fun.

I like the idea of Grey Knight Terminator Nobz. Give them bikes and an apothecary and have them all grow beards and eat cheese. :P

Plus they get FnP for some reason. Maybe because they've been fighting Daemons for so long.
The mid-range HQ is a good idea though; currently our choices are GM, ghetto GM who costs almost the same (Stern), and a squad leader. You can of course take a point sink (Inquisitor Lord) or a big waste of space (Coteaz - why does this bloke cost just 15pts less than Lysander?...)

In this case, the Apothecary gives them FNP with his Narthecium.

I contest that GKs don't need Apothecaries because their power level is over 9,000. They have FnP because they said so.

Yeah, but is he just 15pts worse than Lysander? He's worth a lot less; in fact he's totally worthless.

We went on a magical mystery tour!
We started at the question of dumbfoundedness which was swiftly followed by the answers of integrity (some not so, no stats people!). Moving on to the musings of character which had such sights as the brother captain of many wounds, the cheesy beardy biker knob-esk squad and wrapping off this leg was the uttering of unspeakable power*! Lastly we had the mention of redundant inquisitors and there redundancy. And of course how could we forget the bumps that followed**! ;)
Well thats just my take on it :S

It's ironic how as Daemonhunters we are sworn to rid the universe of daemons, but then our chapter number is the number of the anti-chr*st.
Oh well, I'll just call on Grandmaster Gohan and Great Grandmaster Goku's help in our times of need.

Inquisitorial redundancy is a burning issue that needs to be discussed. Coteaz's smellbaggery drags the whole Codex down. Also he is bald.

now now, coteaz isnt entirely useless. he is a wicked model. and as such can be used as the basis for many HQ conversions across the armies of the imperium.
but in gameply, coteaz=useless.
although........i reckon i will be silly/bored/curious enough to see how he goes with his full quota of henchmen in an apocalypse game. itll look good if nothing else. YAY INQUISITION!!

I could argue that the number of the beast was translated wrongly and should have been 676 or 616, but right now I'm a little peeved that everyone took my joke and messed with this thread, at least I answered the question.
It's been answered, I say we lock this thread so people can actually go to other places and post things that aren't about DBZ.
