I've only ever played 1000 points of Dark Eldar and I'm quite eager to play 1500 points. All I need to buy is a Battleforce and a Ravager.

HQ:
Dracon, Agoniser, Splinter pistol, Combat drugs, Shadowfield 106
Dracon, Punisher, Tormentor Helm, Combat drugs 85
4 Incubi, Warrior, Splinter Cannon, Raider 173 (Joins the Punisher Dracon)

ELITES:
9 Wyches, Succubus, Agoniser, Wych weapons, Raider 200
10 Wyches, Succubus, Agoniser, Wych weapons, Raider 213

TROOPS:
10 Warriors, 2 Dark Lances 100
10 Warriors, 2 Dark Lances 100
10 Warriors, 2 Dark Lances 100

FAST ATTACK:
5 Reavers, 2 Blasters, Succubus, Punisher 181

HEAVY SUPPORT:
Ravager, 3 Disintegrators 120
Ravager, 3 Disintegrators 120

TOTAL: 1498

Normally my Dracon with the Agoniser is an Archon but I couldn't fit it in. The 10 Wyches and the Reavers are meant to assault the same unit while the Dracons and their units assault units of their own. I'm rather willing to give my punisher dracon an Animus Vitae so that she's a lot more powerful but perhaps it isn't really necessary. Could someone help me with this list?

I would say this is a good list, but you have a lot of stock in three raiders. Remember raiders don't like to be alive (or it would seem that way) and while six dis' on those ravagers are excellent firepower, it won't capture table quarters, and it dosen't have much better armor than those raiders. If you don't have first turn I could see this army having a bit of trouble. I like jetbikes, but i've seen them either die too quickly, or make little impact while alive.
I would drop the bikes to three or four, and drop a lance squad, and take those spare points to add a raider squad with a cannon, and make upgrades where you want them. Another suggestion is dropping one lance squad to puff up your current ones, as after 3 casualties (the DE take them quickly) your lance squads will test for leadership already. Plus, larger squads might draw fire from your raiders, which are your heavy payload. Be careful on how you use your raiders also, make sure your wyches and incubi are spread out from each other, so that they are used to maximum effectiveness. Nothing is worse than dropping your payload and then watching the enemy reposition while all your guys are engaged, and now you have 6+ sv wyches running in open ground...
Not a bad list, but watch when you specialize the DE too much and rely on raiders. My base 1500 point list has 4 squads of 20 warriors, and three raiders (1 warrior, 1 incubi, 1 wych), and a ravager for DL firepower. This allows 80 of my foot sloggers (roughly 50-60 make it to the assualt lines every game) to bear down while they worry about my skimmers, which leaves me in a good position (WS4) even against marines and the like in close combat.

I have to agree with LordDnig. The list looks solid but can break easily. The Warrior squads are too small: with only 10 models each, they can quickly be forced to take morale checks and will not have enough staying power against both shooting and close combat.

Also, take lots of vehicles or none. In this case you are sporting five which is good in my opinion.

Make sure your Incubi and Wyches attack the enemies' best close combat units or they become quickly bogged down fighting units who are better left to your Warriors.
