i played this battle on the table in my room with a old freind of mine here was his space marine force;

lysander w
combat squad
2 tac squads
assualt squad

and ere was my ork force:
ghaz
16 0rk boyz
10 ork boyz
20 ork boyz
10 lootas
5 burnas
warboss
5 nobz
8 stomrboyz
zagstrukk

mission=custom (leaderahip counts)

objective=your hero must survive in order to continue your reign/waghh

turn 1 ork= ghaz and all the boyz moved full distance to the middle of the table in order to charge lysander in a few turns.lootas openfired on the assualt squad i rolled a 6 granting 24 shots unfortunately i rolled about 5 5's but my freinds rolloing was also rubbish and i managed to keill asualt men ghaz open fired on the combat squad killing 1
the rest of the boyz ran and that was it for the orks first turn

sm turn 1=lysander and his combat squad standed still to aim at ghaz's squad killing 3 orksassualt squad open fired on the burnas killing 1
the assualt squad charged the burnas unforntanaley fir the enemy i only lost anothe burna and my burnas cut downm the last 3 my mate has terrible rolling

ork turn2= zagstrukk deepstriked near tac squad and in the assualt phase (which i skipped to accidentally) cut them down and i only lost 3 stormboyz during the whole assualt phase

sm turn 2=nothing much the other tac squad killed 6 orks then assualt the orks which left 3 orks standing the three orks managed to kill 1 marine until their were cut down

ork turn 3= the last turn ghaz charged lysander destroying lysnader outright and losing only 6 orks

First off, not a bad report.
Second off, please read the forum rules, spelling counts here l33t is not appreciated.
Third, Try breaking each turn into the according phases in order to help us understand what is going on better IE:
Ork turn 1:
Movement:[words go here]
Shooting:[words go here]
Assault:[words go here]

and so forth that way we can tell what is happening in the correct phase.
Point values are nice, granted by the looks of this game your orks not only outnumbered but you also had more raw points[by a few hundred at least] on the table than your friend did.

Thought the list's looked a bit skewed. Is that 3 HQs as well?

Another thing I forgot in my first post,

[apologize in advance if this seems harsh but this is bothering me]

Friendly game or not--

The fact you posted such a lop sided match says nothing good about you.
To make a good impression here the idea of "Fair play" should be on your mind when posting reports. Matches like the one you posted are the type that newbies dread, an experienced player[you] brings a bogus list to fight against a new player[your friend] these are the kind of games that stop new players from getting serious about the game. Not only was this game highly unfair it is also reflects extremely poorly on your own abilities as you essentially cheated to take a victory from another opponent who was at least following the force organization charts to make his team.

Zagstruck is a stormboy sergeant upgrade character. He's part of an ork fast attack choice.

Ahh, like that stinkrot (whatever it is) or that SM scout sgt. Fair dos.

Though if the 'special' mission was to keep the HQs alive then 2 against 1 don't seem fair.

When I read "battle in the bedroom" I had a very different idea of what was going to happen..... Hard to read but seemed to be a good battle customs are always fun to play.

What was the point of this batrep? You annihilated him so fast he didn't even get to play half of a full game.

Also, how many points was this game played at? From the looks of the lists, he had under 1000 points and you had around 1500 (a very sub-par list too). I doubt your friend will want to play you again.

Elric: I agree with everything you said, although his force organization chart was perfectly legal.

M.O.M.
