Better.

If you are asking what is most effective in a DH force then I'd just say massed SB fire backed up by 3 GKDreads. Use a GKGM and Stern to have 2 instant killing NFWs.

Well yes that's a lot of storm bolters but would cost over 400 quid to buy.

If that's all he's bringing then basic Grey Knights will kill it all; Grey Knight Terminators will also kill it all, and Grand Masters to kill off the MCs would be a swell idea. Psycannons and Incinerators will hack the little bugs down all day long; just don't charge anything without softening it up first.

What points level are we talking about here?

Warriors, Hive Tyrants and Broodlords are Synapse Creatures, plus Zoanthropes can be given it as a Psychic Power. If it's 200+ Gaunts and Carnifexes then killing the big ones that aren't Fexes will do away with the Synapse. Then all you have to do is kill the Fexes and you're sorted :D

I've heard Culuxes assassins do very well against nids, seeing as he's an anti psyker assassin, and nids are basically all psykers :D

I've heard Culuxes assassins do very well against nids, seeing as he's an anti psyker assassin, and nids are basically all psykers :DHe has a snowman's chance in hell in close combat, his Ld based abilities don't do much against nids.
If your opponent leaves a warrior group exposed he could kill a couple but he won't get the whole squad in one turn, and he'll have to be standing 12" away to do it.

The model sticks out like a sore thumb, if the nid player has any familiarity with him he's toast before he has any impact.
