2250 Redemption

So after getting 3 wins and 4 losses in a recent league at my local hobby shop I decided to completely re-work my list. The main idea of my army was to take a list that relatively balanced the amount of shooting and combat I had with an Anvil. Well I wasn't a huge fan of the anvil and so have decided to re-work my list to have a lord on shieldbearers as my general and limit my shooing to focus on combat.

So here goes my first List:

---I was thinking maybe a rune of challenge might work instead of the rune of resistance, but not really sure. He goes with the hammerers.

---I was thinking of dropping one organ gun in order to take some more warriors or longbeards or a small unit of ironbreakers.


How does it look? I think it will do well with the warmachines on a hill and the slayers covering their flank while the army marches towards the enemy.

I made a list similar to this for my 2nd league game but had my opponent switched on me and ended up playing a gunline dwarf army. lets just say that made me lose my interest in an aggressive dwarf army for awhile :silly:

P.S. I plan on using this list to bring the smackdown on the people who beat me in the league and future tournaments.
