It lists blast weapons' scatter probabilities for different distances at different ballistic skill levels and teaches how to calculate the odds of a blast weapon shot hitting or missing its target.

I'm very glad you think so!
I've developed the theory on scattering arcs for deep-striking purposes (back in 4th edition) initially.
