1000 points last bits of advice... New player CC needed

I don't know if any of you remember but I posted on here a few weeks a ago requesting advice regarding my army list.
I've bought the majority of my army just getting the final few bits over the next couple of week. I came up with two lists which are very similiar but I'd just like you're opinion on which would perform better.

List 1 has more magic power but list 2 allows me to use my Warriors to support my CoK and Hydra in close combat. Thought I'd get your views on the lists before I glue the sheilds to my Warriors. =]

I've also created a 3rd list which I'd be considering after a month of using one of my first two lists. But I have no idea how this would fair with no block infantry. Again comments and criticism would be most welcome.
