The ground was scattered, the leaves were brown and the sound was thrilling. The sound of feet could barely be heard as a long figure ran across the ground and ran into the caves.
"No, no no! I will not die today, not while i am alone and not while i run!" Whispered the figure, for cut swarmed his body, terror rode his soul and blood pounced through his viens.
Springing into action and no longer the man who ran, he turned around and stood his ground, waiting for the thing that had been hunting and waiting for the test that would only become the beginnings of his life.
Snarling could be heard with its steps and sniffing could be heard as the prey, the creature and the tormentor stepped into the darkness of the cave and looked up into the eyes of the defiant. Puffing and slowly stepping back. Such was the warnings of the wolf and such was the tactics that the figure had learnt, as he crouched he braced and as he braced he readed himself.
The creaturen snarling with its red eyes, ready for the kill, tighened its legs and tensed its body for the kill.Sudddenly, the figure lept into the air, at the foe. Surprising the wolf, it too jumped jaws wide open and claws stretched outwide.Waiting for his hands to reach the creature's midrift, then playing arms around the wolf. He strangled it into submission, until it was tamed, and from then on. The bond of wolf and human was born.
Pride truly well and within his heart, he and his wolf strode out from the caves of darkness and into the blizzards of the quests to come. A shadowy figure caught his eyes not far from his wolf, but the blizzard was hard to see through and the fatigue made it hard to recognise the figure, blinking as he did he noticed the figure was no longer there.
He knew that he would not be able to find the tracks if there had been any, because by the time he ahd reached the spot, the tracks would of been well and truly hidden.
Suddenly remembering his freedom and new found friend, they raced through the cold of night and into the wastes of Fenris!
They soon approach a small village and the figure sat striaghter, the wolf sensesd his uneasiness and tensed it's muscles to reasure it masters with a low rumble to comfor him. The beast and the boy then rode into the village, seeming all to oblivious to those that lied in waiting.
is that enough?
thanks
