Fairly even, but in Empire armies you need to outnumber the army(humans aren't much against orks, dwarfs, chaos warriors etc). I'd try to get some extra points to get more troops, get rid of a wizard, and is that helblaster really necessary? What's your battle plan(in terms of deployment)?

Not a bad list, if i were you i would increase the Unit sizes a bit, the spears and swords to 25, so they can endure some shooting and retain rank bonuses.
If you can find room, some Huntsmen and Pistoleirs would add some march-blocking and harasment power.
I am not sure about you charecter setup, Lord is fine, but with 2 lvl 2's and Priest you dont have enough magic to have a strong offensive phase. I would either go all out with magic and have a lvl 4, 2 lvl 2's and Bsb or a Melee lord and 3 lvl 2's.
Or i would have some token magic defense, say 1 lvl 2 with 2 scrolls, a priest, for the dispel dice and hatred he confers, then a captain bsb or Pegisus/melee maptain for added punch.
I find magic only works when you go nuts with it and i have never had much success, magic is very hit and miss and i find most armies, barring vc and TK can, to a greater extent make do without it entirely.
I like the 10 man unit of Great swords, they are a nice little flanking unit, but if youo wanna keep em at ten then drop the full command, you will only be giving you opponent vp's for the banner when they die, maybe keep a champ for punch.
Either that or make the unit 20-30 strong and un people over with it.
Overall i would drop a wizard, the hellbalster and the Crimson amulet off the Priest, remove the command from the great swords and then add 5 men to the spear and sword units, add in some huntsmen, 5 pistoliers and use whats left (if there is any) to get more great swords.
