Ok, In reload... there is an asset that allows a unit (when completely destroyed) to be placed in reserve. Can this asset be used to bring a destroyed tank back???

A tank is a unit so yes.
It may also be used to bring a super heavy back as that is also a unit

You can even use it to bring back a superheavy.
