Here we go:
Tau Empire- 1850 Tournament List
HQ:
Shas’O commander- Airbursting Fragmentation Launcher, plasma rifle, sheild generator, bonding knife, Stim. Injector, hard-wired- target lock, and multi-tracker.
Shas’vre bodyguards- 2x missile pods, 2x plasma rifle, 2x shield generators, hard-wired multi-trackers, target locks, and targeting arrays
Elites:
2xCrisis suits- flamer and missile pod hard-wired multi-trackers.
Team leader with twin-linked flamer no missile pod.
3xStealth suits- gun drone, bonding knife
Troops:
12xFire Warriors- photon grenades and shas’ui with bonding knife.
12xFire Warriors- photon grenades and shas’ui with bonding knife.
12xFire Warriors- photon grenades and shas’ui with bonding knife.
12xFire Warriors- photon grenades and shas’ui with bonding knife.
Devilfish- burst cannon, smart missile system, disruption pod.(this is the required devilfish for the pathfinders)
Fast Attack:
7xPathfinders- no special equipment
Heavy Support:
Hammerhead- Railgun, disruption pod, smart missile system, target lock, and multi-tracker.
Hammerhead- Ion Cannon, burst cannons, disruption pod, target lock, multi-tracker
2xBroadsides- hard-wired multi-trackers, targeting arrays
Team leader with bonding knife and Advanced Stabilization System.
Total: 1847pts.
Tactics: Basically what i lack in mobility i make up for in fire power. the fire warriors focus fire on a large number unit, or a heavy infantry unit of the biggest threat. the railguns will pound on their vehicles like a drum (or a shiny blue spear) and the suits will support with anti infantry fire. the pathfinders will put markerlights on watever they want, lending what assistance they can. Often wat i do in objective games; i take one squad, put it in the d-fish and push forward, blowing away any enemy willing to glance at it, with covering fire.
critisise freely, and i just know im gonna get heck for my "lack of mobility."

HQ:
Shas’O Commander: Air-Bursting Fragmentation Launcher, Plasma Rifle, Shield Generator, Bonding Knife, Stim-Injector, Hard-Wired- Target lock, and Multi-Tracker.
Shas’vre Bodyguards: 2x Missile Pods, 2x Plasma Rifles, 2x Shield Generators, Hard-Wired Multi-Trackers, Target Locks, and Targeting Arrays
Wow! Expensive and confused.
Air-Bursting Fragmentation Launchers are anti-cover save weapons and should be combined with other anti-cover save weapons (a.ka. Flamers). Furthermore, I would never even consider giving a Shas'O template weapons, it has BS5, use it. No to the Stimulant Injectors because Tau commander units are the same as regular XV-8s with a better BS and should be treated as such, don't bling them up.
I would strip it down to the following:
Shas'el: Plasma Rifle, Missile Pod, Targeting Array, Hard-Wired Multi-Tracker
Shas'vre Bodyguards: Plasma Rifles, Missile Pods, Targeting Arrays, Hard-Wired Multi-Trackers
That's it!
Elites:
2xCrisis Suits- Flamers, Missile Pods, Multi-trackers.
Team Leader with Twin-Linked Flamers, no Missile Pod.
I would twin-link all the Flamers and lose the Multi-Trackers, fire the Flamers or the Missile Pods, not both.
3xStealth Suits- Gun Drone, Bonding Knife
Not a fan of Stealth Suits. They're too expensive. Plus you didn't include the mandatory hard-point that has to be given to all the suits in the squad if one of them has that Drone-Controller. However, if you are going to take them max out the squad with 6 and forget hard-points all together.
Troops:
12xFire Warriors- Photon Grenades and Shas’ui with Bonding Knife.
12xFire Warriors- Photon Grenades and Shas’ui with Bonding Knife.
12xFire Warriors- Photon Grenades and Shas’ui with Bonding Knife.
12xFire Warriors- Photon Grenades and Shas’ui with Bonding Knife.
No Photon Grenades. If you get assaulted your toast, eliminating the charge attack does nothing.
Fast Attack:
7xPathfinders- no special equipment
Devil-Fish- Burst Cannon, Smart Missile System, Disruption Pod. (This is the required Devilfish for the Pathfinders)
Good! Try to find room for one more to max the squad out.
Heavy Support:
Hammerhead- Railgun, disruption pod, smart missile system, target lock, and multi-tracker.
Good!
Hammerhead- Ion Cannon, burst cannons, disruption pod, target lock, multi-tracker
Replace this one with another Rail-head.
2xBroadsides- hard-wired multi-trackers, targeting arrays
Team leader with bonding knife and Advanced Stabilization System.
No Multi-Trackers: Rail-Guns and Smart Missile Sytems serve two very different purposes, therefore, you're always wasting one or the other when you pick a target.
No Targeting Arrays: The Rail-Guns are twin-linked and you can use Makerlights.
A common set-up is: 2 Broadsides: Advance Stabilization Systems, Team-Leader with Hard-Wired Drone Controller, 2 Shield Drones.
I'm not going to slam you on lack of mobility because that's clearly not what you're going for. Good luck!

just a few things i have to correct ur critisism
stealth suits are not required to have a support sytsem. its optional.
since a twin-linked system counts a 2 weapons i need the multi-trackers to fire it as twin-linked
the photon grenades have helped me (and this is just me here) countless times.
the ion cannon was a typo from one of my past lists.
to be honest i think i should just drop the stealths completely. apreciate the critique.

A few replies to your post
1. Reread the stealthsuit section again. It says if one model takes a support system then all the suits in the unit must. The only way to get around this is to upgrade one to a team leader and take a hard-wired drone controller.
2. A twin-linked weapon takes up 2 hard-points but it fires as a single weapon, therefore you do not need the multi-trackers.
Besides which there are a few illegal elements to your list.
1. The bodyguard have a shield generator and a targeting array in addition to their 2 weapons. You need to drop one of these support systems as neither can be hard-wired so you currently have 4 hardpoint systems.
2.If you give the XV88 team leader the A.S.S then all the models in the unit must have it, again it is an all or nothing choice.

The kroot are an addition that i hope will "assist" in my lack of mobility. springing for objectives and disrupting nemy lines and what not. once again critique freely.
