CCS + HWT: Hold My Sides objectives/ Bunkerdown and shoot objective thiefs or Heavy Infantry and Light Tanks.
2 Manticors: Sit and hide behind cover and shoot (over) at THE BIG THRETS.
20 Vets/ 2 Chimeras: Take enamy objectives.
Leman Russ: Act important, draw fire and blow stuff up.

Mmmmm, flamer doesn't really compliment the HWT. Medi-pack is expensive as well, if the unit is stationary, camo-cloaks are much, much better.
Only issue I have here is that why are these guys stationary? You don't have any platoons to boss around, give this guys some mobile special weapon, make use of that BS4, and stuff them in a chimera. Melta would be nice as you lack anything to handle AV14 (save the manticores).

Ehhh, give them something better than grenade launchers, melta or plasma work very well.
I suggest taking another vet squad or a small, cheap platoon to give you more scoring units.

Dunno about taking two of these at 1000 points, a lot of armies will make these priority targets and run after them lickety-split as you infantry aren't a very big thread.

Nasty, but I don't think you need two manticores and an executioner at 1000 points. Seems a bit overkill.
I really think you need more troops, ones with better weapons as well. The Manticores are at risk of dying quickly because your opponents will be actively hunting them right off the bat.
It's an interesting list and could be a lot of fun. I'd suggest dropping a manticore and filling out your troops as well as giving the existing veterans and CCS better weapons.

The Manticores are good, they actually scale down in usefulness the higher the points go. In 1000 there's a lot less to bust them, especially firing indirectly.
Drop the Russ, way to expensive and you need Troops. Two T3, 5+ Troop choices in Chimeras is a no no for winning. Grab a Platoon, put the PCS in a Chimera and run the squads with Autocannons. Much better use of points and gives some armor busting.
Mount your CCS, 4 special weapons or 3 and a banner and use them aggressive or as a stay back unit to put out fires in your lines. Medi-packs aren't as good as they seem, S6 nullifies it.
The HWS is illegal as pointed out.
Grenade Launchers are fine if you play defensively, Flamers and Meltas are a more aggressive choice. Your army has a hang back feel, so Grenades seem good.

Still illegal, you need to read the Codex man. You have to take 2 Platoon squads AND the Platoon Command to make a legal Platoon, bare minimum.
Your PCS has 3 Plasma but no transport, thus they will die easily and never get to double tap. That's not a good use of points.
Your platoon squad has....nothing. That's useless, a HW is mandatory.
SWS squads are not great on foot, to small and easy to wipe out the guns, or make them run (Ld7). Ditch them or snag them a ride.
The Autocannon team is fine if the Platoon gets legal.
Vets are good although consider 1 unit with meltas, saves points and gives more armor hate, still good against MCs and MEQs too.
Manticores are fine.
List needs to be fixed for legality. At this point I say ditch a Plasma Vet unit, switch the other to Meltas and pocket the points for your Platoon and Company Command.

You've got 135pts left over with that. That could buy you a Medusa or Some Sentinels or more infantry. What about loosing the HWs and grabbing another Vet squad with Plasma Guns and a Chimera?? If you keep the ~HWS I'd grab a second just so your opponent has to split fire.

Not a personal fan of Medusas but looks good. Lots and lots of ordnance. Where'd the 75 points from the Autocannon HWS go? Is my math off?

You've got 135pts left over with that.
Add another Autocannon HWS, redundancy is good and they will die. Always always always put them in cover. Don't be afraid of going to ground if you need to.
Get some Grenade Launchers into the CCS and PCS too.

Oops, totaly got the CCS points wrong.
New list looks good Virus. With the list you have there i'd ditch the Camo on the CCS and upgrade the Vets to have Melta Guns.

that looks like alot for 1000 points at first glance, but you have msot of the competitive elements for 1000 points in there. not much people can do to your 2 manticores.
how about more chimeras? they are more reliable than 3 HWT of autocannons and give your PCS and CCS more mobility and protection. plus an extra heavy flamer and multi-laser never goes amiss ^^. and you might want a regimental standard. they help alot ^^.
personally i wouldn't give PCS and CCS heavy weapons, because it makes them too static for deepstrikers and flankers. but that's personal preferance and experience.

Meltas on the Vets would be most useful. I don't think a Medusa is all that necessary when you have 2 Manticores, you might be better served with another HWS as pointed out before.
