Edited for points.
Recently took a break and getting back into 40k again, trying out a few things.
This is a fairly cheesy list if I do say so myself, but it's mostly designed to be anti-MEQ as the title says. I'd say more than 75% of the people I play field space marines, so I'm not cutting them any slack.
I haven't played much since the release of 5th, so please give me some advice!
HQ
Farseer
Doom
Elites
9x Banshees
Exarch, executioner, acrobatic
Wave serpent - Scatter lasers, spirit stones
6x Fire Dragons
Wave serpent - Scatter lasers, spirit stones
Troops
10x DAs
Exarch, dual cats, bladestorm
Wave serpent - Scatter lasers, spirit stones
10x DAs
Exarch, dual cats, bladestorm
Wave serpent - Scatter lasers, spirit stones
Heavy Support
Fire Prism x3
Total: 1496 points
The scatter lasers are mainly for popping rhinos, and the fire prisms are for pieplating marines before I start unloading my transports. Doomseer is there to chill with the banshees. I went overboard on the fire prisms because I don't have confidence in them staying alive and unshaken, and I'd like to get at least one AP3 pieplate off before I start having to utilize my infantry. The fire dragons are almost exclusively for blowing up land raiders. Seems like everyone has one nowadays.
I'm not entirely confident in the fire prisms, I'm open to alternatives. It would also be cool to have another troops choice, but I generally tend to do alright with two, so I'm not all that worried about it.
Tell me what you think! I'll take everything into account.

This isn't very anti-MEQ it's just the copy paste Mech list, happens to work well against Marines.
I'd drop a few Banshees and Eldrad to a Doomseer. Eldrad is to pricey for 1500 in an elite army like Eldar. Give the Seer Runes of Warding and maybe a Spear, good to go.
I don't know if you've bought these models but you can save points by switching your Troops to Storm Guardians with 2x Flamer and Destructor Warlock. Still strong against Marines with Doom and great against hordes too.
Consider a 3rd Troops as well, 5 man Rangers are popular for the copy paste lists.

I have all of the models here except for one of the fire prisms, and I don't have any storm guardians. Maybe I'll try proxying em in some friendly games and see how they do, if you think they're worth the investment.
I think it's also worth noting that the fire prisms were strong in 4th, and I think they've lost a lot of their potential in 5th. I wouldn't be opposed to dropping them, they're mostly just there cause I have em and they can potentially kill a lot of marines. I just don't know what I'd get instead.
I've tried the small ranger squad thing, but I can't stand leaving stuff behind when I charge someone. A drop pod always seems to come out of the woodwork with a flame template or a dreadnought or something and ruins my objective camp. Not to mention that they're pretty expensive for the amount of kills they usually get. If marines ever failed pinning tests, I'd probably give em more of a chance, but in general I've not had much success with them.

I agree Prisms are losing that new car smell. There's just to much S7-8 for them to get shots off on a consistent basis, much less linked shots.
I've been advising Wraithlords but people are resistant. They're comparable points, have a nice gun, good in CCwith a cheap Wraithsword and something Eldar doesn't have, a tar pit. Wraithsight is a drawback but I've never seen it decide a game myself. They don't have a Prisms speed but no one uses a Prisms speed, so you're actually gaining with your advance.
A third Troops doesn't have to be Rangers that's just the cheap route. Holding them back isn't so bad, you can babysit a home objective which is a problem Eldar has sometimes. Guardians are nice too, give them a Warlock with Embolden and a Scatter Laser (one shot BS3 guns are a no-no) and they'll have an impact.

i'd definitely drop one of the fire prisms if anything, 2 is generally enough to survive because you get the most benefit out of the linkage 3 is kinda overkill for the template being st7 ap2
i don't run pure mech but 2 prisms and a wraithlord is an awesome heavy support system giving covering fire whilst having a giant !@#$ you road block that scares alot of people away from your squishies.
i personally have never been keen on fire dragons but as prince said toning down eldrad to something smaller would work too, he is super OP but in your army's case a doom seer could probably do the same job (although weaker) for around 150 points cheaper giving room for a small unit of something else like an avatar or wraithlord.

Dragons are almost a must run for a competitive Eldar army, Bright Lances are to unreliable against heavy armor to rely on 100%. It is kind of lame they bust a tank and than usually die but overall worth it.
Fusion Guns on Storm Guardians can work too but the hit to BS and quantity is a deal breaker for most people.

very true.
i guess if i were to use them though i would probably use them in co ordination with another unit to avoid them getting completely slaughtered eg banshee charging or maybe an avatar/wraithlord nearby perhaps even a super shooting unit to tie up the enemies around.
my preference is wraithguard, after seeing my first 1500 list with them killing 3 godafexes in as many turns they probably do more overall but less specific on particular tanks.
only problem is that i haven't fought a truely mobile mech force b4 or any force with massed amounts of anti tank or tanks with my eldar list :S
