Ok so since i like to put my guard into close order drill(i know no benefit anymore). it would work so much better with Warhammer Fantasty Square bases. IS that legal? or do 40k models have to have the round ones?
sorry if this is in the wrong place:dance:

I'm afraid they have to have round bases.
If you wanted neatness, use the LOTR movement trays. It's not good for your game, and blasts etc, but it'll get the desired effect

I use the LOTR movement trays, and it makes it so much easier to move them and generally easier to use. Ok it puts them close together, but your a guard general, its not about men its about tanks! lots of tanks.

those movement trays will work the same as a bunch of square bases and it would still be legal
