Ive tryed to use my on avatars but i dont know how can someone tell me how to use my own?????

you have to upload your avatar to some webspace somewhere and then link to it .... rather like I have done.

Actually you can upload the pic to LO itself (under My Controls/Avatar Settings), just keep in mind the size of the pic....
