Boxed sets raised to £18!!? Bloody hell, £15 is enough...and blisters prices raised too, unbelievable, if anything they should be lowering prices.
Ive signed the petition.
I think if they raise prices any higher than this, they will run themselves out of business.

Eh, petitions hardly ever work.
Like that time when they decided to quit producing Champis.. Even though there was a large petition, they just coldheartedly discarded the lovely soda that is Champis ;(

I am sure GW will give the petition careful consideration, take your point on board and the raise the prices anyway :D

I signed the petition.
I don't think the price rises are that big of a deal though, only a few quid.
But then i suppose if you wanted to buy two boxes its currently £30, that would go up to £36, and that is quite a difference.
Also when if they make a price rise now, then the next price rise will be another £3 on top.
But this is how it will always be when a company has such a loyal fanbase, and once people start an army its a lot of money to stop.
The only way to properly stop it is to get people to collect non-gw games to add some competition, it'd help if they had cheaper models than gw.
If the models do increase in price, i might have to switch to another game for my next army, mainly for the sake of principles.

Unless you are part of OPEC most price increases are a result of increased costs, not simply profit motivated. With the wild fluctuating prices of oil and the feverish pace of store openings they may simply need to increase the price to cover day to day business expenses. Did you find out any of this information before you began circulating your petition?

As if the current multi-page rants on prices weren't enough. We don't need another. -closed-
