on the BL website it said that the inferno and warhamer monthly comic had ceased to run in print, and been stopped altogether. Is this true?

If Black Library explicitly states that publishing WH Monthly and Inferno has ceased, then I suppose they know the best, considering they're BL magazines... Unless they're playing some sort of rather cruel (and early) April Fools, which unfortunately most probably isn't the case.
