has anybody else noticed that your chaplain cassius has just a regular bolt pistol? but the GW pictures show he has an inferno pistol/ bolt pistol combi or something? if somebody knows why please explain

No idea... but in the rules he do have a bolt pistol and not a combi-flamer as it shows on the Components stuff in the US online store.

The model and the concept art has Combi-Flamer, but the rules says bolpistol, I've thought about this for a time, but, the first rules of him had a boltpistol IIRC it might be that they decided to keep these rules, but in the ebd I think it's all about bad communications between the rules writers and the model design team.
But it's all a fun dilemma when you use the model in a WYSIWG game.
In other games, I would say that he uses the codex rules...

I was thinking that it might have just been to concept model, but also, Why would the great chaplain cassius only have but a bolt pistol? he's served the ultramarines well, give him an earthshaker cannon! lol only jokin, they could have at least given him something worth using, like a combi weapon, or master crafted?

No-one knows for sure why they made the Combi-Flamer model, maybe just an interim rules adjustment...

The original models on the release at my local GW were the "Combi-Flamer" models, until about lunchtime - when someone pointed out the rules discrepancy...

(I bought one - just for the fact that it's a cool bit of mistakage!)

grrrrrr i liked the flamer bit :) , i bought mine on the day it came out but i went just before it closed, maybe it was taken down aswell? I wonder if advance orders got the combi flamer?
