On page 79 of the new SM Codex one of the sniper scouts appears to be a different model. The differances I have noticed between him and the normal standing sniper scouts are as follows:

No goggles
No rolled up camo on his back
His left foot is farther back
His left hand does not fully encircle the barrel of his rifle
The scope on the rifle is different


Anyone heard of a new model being produced or is this one just a heavily modded one?

Honestly, it looks like a conversion....

Head swap, bedroll taken off, and the leg was pulled back (foot is not planted).
