I'd like some comments on how to be fair in selling units to be sure
If my ebay deal doesnt sell, should I go for best offer? If it doesnt
sell anyway I've got a friend interested in my BA army. How does
one go about setting a fair price? I know I could sell the whole thing
to him at a relativly low price, but I'm also considering selling him units
and squads.
Oh what to do?

I think 60% of the new price is a fair place to start, then make adjustments for conditions and paint jobs :)

So if all your models are painted decently you wont suffer loss?
whew...thats good news... 25$ a fair price for a squad?

I guess you can sell them for a lot if you painted them really really well. I suggest posting pics online and getting ratings to see what others think. Then, depending on the paint job, adjust your price. like cryogen said, about 60%.

Put an army list up, I can make a pretty good estimate price wise, I just sold my entire Necron army and have sold a Space Marine Dark Angels army on eBay before also.
