Note: This is probably better suited to the Conversions forum.

However, I've been unable to find any way to remove glue from plastic here. However, a popular tactic on the Mechwarrior: Age of Destruction forums it to freeze a unit to break the glue. However, I havn't tried it on any Warhammer model, but it's worth a shot.

I would suggest dunking it in hot water with a little detergent in it. Not too hot (i.e. so that you can keep your hands in it) or you will soften the plastic and warp it.

Good luck!

I personally cut as much as i can with a modelling knife (yes you will have to use some elbow grease, warhammer 40k sapose to be a pansey game) and then take a wrench and rip off what's left. Sometimes the glue breaks and everything is ok other times the glue holds and your left with an uneven hole in your tank. Keep in mind that extra bitz and paint can solve lots of modeling problems. Ether way you get the turrent off (Y) (Y) (considering im orks it doesn't matter to me which way it comes out) 8)

personally i would just buy another one - but thats because I value my time more highly than the time it would take getting it apart.

I glue my turrets anyway, is it worth damaging the model just to make the turret rotate. It would have been easier to remove it if it was superglue as superglue has no shearing strength, one twist and its off.
