does GW offer any jobs in, like the modeling and painting area?

Only if you're really good, and even then it's tough. Better to just become a store manager or something, 'cuz then you're getting paid to host tournies and play games with customers. Granted, you have to do some real work, but you get the benefit of something like 40% off I think (maybe more, maybe less).

I had a job at a hobby store once, called air traffic kites and games. It
was really hard (well for a kid who's only 17) I had to work on juggling
and I had to learn both warhammer and warhammer 40k. I was really
bad at selling things. I remember showing people how to play a 40K in a jiffy game.
