I was recently looking at the "sneek peak" for space marines when I came across the honor guard models.

I really like the way the look save one thing. They are covered in ultramarines symbols and the title for the minis was "Ultramarine Honorguard" :blink:

So I was wondering if GW had plans to make the honor guard available to all chapters or just the SMurfs. :hmm:

those models are probably just intended for Ultramarines, but there are honour guard equivalents in all the previous incarnations of the other SM chapter lists

I believe they are a only available to Ultramarines... and since they just came out with the SMurf 'dex, it shoud be a while before other chapters get something like it. Unless you count Shrike's bodyguard as the same thing.

Next 'dex due out (for Imperials) is Black Templars as far as I know, due out Fall of this year. Maybe they will get something like the honor guard.
