I dont have the new rulesbook so can you people tell me all the universal rules and what they do. I just bought the 3rd edition one 2 years ago and i dont want to spend another couple hundred on the new one yet.

There's a minor detail of copyright infringement that LO has this really neat idea about not violating.

But otherwise you can search all the posts here and maybe gather enough information to get yourself started. Or you can find a way to scare up the money to buy a rulebook, which was only $45 US when I bought mine.
