Umm.. Noob Here! And ummmm
i have a commander.. but i dunno i think hes gerneral watever.. i got him off eBay for 2.95$ CAD.. and hes worth about 27.. here is a pro-painted pic! HELP! My Armys colour Is

He is not worth anywhere near 27 just practice painting as you probably want the new commander anyway

I think this is a little confused, not clear on what you want,
do you mean you have this commander or you have a commander and want to paint him like this?

I Mean I Have That Commander.. But I Wanna Paint Him As all Black With Red.. i frgt what its called.

You mean you want to know what Chapter is Black and red? Because if thats the case its probably BLood Angels or one of their Successor Chapters like Angels Vermillion.
