Not bad. But it looks like it's been mainly drybrushed and mostly drybrishing isn't the best technique to use. I think the shadows on his steed look to deep and don't suit the white colour, same goes with his cloth IMO.

His boots look odd, as if he's just stuck them in white plastic bags :huh:

Other than that I can't really comment, maybe closer pics? Some so we can see detail such as the face.
