I really like the camo patterns on the cape. Also, i'm not really sure if it's just the picture or the painting, but the paint seems to be smudged. It looks almost like you tried to paint this guy once before and repainted it.

That's the only bad thing I have to say about it. Other than that it looks great, keep it up.

Good job. I have a couple of points:

1) Your paint is too thick. I would thin it a bit with water for a smoother application.
2) Too much ink wash on the faces. I would base with bronzed flesh, use a light ink wash for the face with chestnut ink (thinned) and then highlight up to elf flesh.

Good model, though.
