Yes yes, I know, its finally up but meh, I needed money to buy prizes *grins*

So what be the rules you all ask? Well I'll tell you shall I? ...Well, I better had, otherwise you won't know them =O.O= *grins*

So basically, this painting competition is for Single Minis only. So thats Captains, Sgts, Warlocks, Lictors etc etc.

Note: This does include sincgle Dreadnoughts and Tau battle suits for example.

So the rules:

1- Only ONE entry per person
2- Mini must be your own work
3- All entrys must be submitted before 12 midnight of the closing day (5th of Feb) Any entrys sent in AFTER the deadline will not be accepted.
4- All photos and scans MUST be clear for an entry to be accepted
5- All photos taken with a camera or Digicam, with need to have 3 pictures. One of the front, one of the back and one of the side. But the more then better I say ^.^
As for scanners, I will need at least one of the front, and one of the back.

Right, now as for the Start date, well You can start sending them in tomorrow (15th Jan) to muddy_fox@mail2world.com.

All entries will need to be in by midnight on the 5th of Feb
Results will be released between the 7th and 12th of Feb

Now, as for prizes. This has been a bit of a fuddle for me, but i think I have them sorted now.
Now, since vouchers won't work in other countries, the prizes are as follows:
1st: £30 worth of GW stuff
2nd: £20 worth of GW stuff
3rd: £10 worth of GW stuff (NOTE: That the 3rd prize is not certain, depending on money AND how many people actually take part in this, the first LO Painting Comp =^__^= )

Now, if you are one of the winners, then you will tell me what you want, and I will buy it for you, then send it out. Please note that this is also subject to change, and you will be informed if that is the case.

Just out of interest is the shipping charge included in the prize cash total? EG, if you bought £30 of stuff for someone, would you pay the extra cash for shipping or would you only buy £20 of stuff and ship it with the remaining tenner?

Are single vehicles, such as a Rhino, Raider, etc, legal entries?

Also are vehicles that have additional miniatures as part of the crew, such as Valkyrie with gunners, attack bike with riders, biker, etc legal entires? (They are composed for more than one mini, but make a whole.)

Phobos:
No P&P is not included in the prize money, so if the total came to say £36 to send to say Germany then I would pay that for the first prize.

The only way this wouldn't be the case is if you lived in or near Newcastle =^__^= which means I'd arrange to meet you. However, I don't think theres many people on LO near Newcastle *grins*

Single vehicles won't be accepted. I.E Rhinos, Preds.
However I will accept say a bike as it has a single mini as the rider, but I'd prefer it to be a character figure like a Lord or Chaplain for example.

Aren't Dreads a bit big for that? I mean, they're vehicles...

Only if they have resubmitted with a picture of them holding the mini.

Right, so some of you will be wondering where the results are. So sorry they aren't up yet, but if you've noticed, I've not been on alot over the last couple of weeks.
What with dealing with alsorts of problems, and being away from both my PCs, kinda makes things a tad hard =;_;=

So by Friday, they shall be up. And once again, I am sorry for this.

On a final note, due to the amount of entries, 1st prize is now £25 and second is now £15
