My computer recently had a faulty mother board so I replaced it & reinstalled Windows. As a result all my cookies disappeared & I had long forgotten my LO password. Clicking on the send me a new password did nothing. I was some time before I realised that the Hotmail SPAM filter had caught it. And just to add the the pain there are 2 differnent passwords one for the home page & one for the forums.

Just a suggestion, Can you guys look into fixing the emails so that password resets emails can make it through the medium setting on the Hotmail junk email filter.

the easiest way would be to write LO into your contacts. I've done that and I receives all the mail they sends me

That is an excellent answer to people that know the problem. People that don't know the problem will just go away.
