Inquisitor Models?

How do I go about making models for this?

What size do I use? Do I need alot of BluTack and GreenStuff?

Are there models I can order and use as a base?

these are the gamesworkshop models they might be of some help to you for a base model im not sure i havent had time to do much lately, (i still need to finish my idea for inquisitor) and the scale i think is 52mm? correct me on this please some one who has actually made a model for it or knows the actual scale

54mm. And there are plenty of other manufacturers who also make great 54mm models, like Pegaso and Andrea Miniatures. Check out Historex Agents and search for "54mm" for literally thousands of possibilities.
