Any idea when the Harlequin models are going to be released? I haven't seen any hints on when they are coming out. Thanks in advance for any info.

Janurary! Fantastic, no? Gotta hate GW and their marketing schemes. They really think releasing them over 3 months keeps sales up... I buy what I want for an army and thats what I buy. Does it make a differences as too when?

Yeah it wont be untill well after Christmas, as I was told the harlie models will be the last ones released.

:realmad: I agree! A staggered release schedule makes no sense at all to me. Just release the darn models! Its the right thing to do after teasing us for months. Especially since GW doesn't have the harlies as a clickable link in their 'miniatures' section of their website. Darn them for this!

On the sensible side, I haven't even bought my autarch and two squads of dire avengers yet... :shifty: .... but still! Its the thought that counts! It's bad enough with them ripping us off by straying from blisters. I can't even check out the pieces/bits that come with each model for these new boxes. That will make conversion a real b***h.

Oh well. (Rant complete!)

I am dying to make those harlequins wyches, and the troupe master my new Dark Eldar Lord. I've been sketching tons of conversion ideas, and I'm seriously getting uber-frustrated with GW making us wait especially AFTER the holidays. :(

Just google the sprue you want. I have found that anywhere up to two months in advance there is a picture of some kind on the net of the sprue you want. (e.g. Dire avengers sprue in October if I remember correctly)

Besides, I think the plastics provide so much more scope for conversion, what with the posability, and the spare bits and pieces. At the very least you get something to practice on.

Oh, and to stay on topic, there are loads of 'Classic' Harlequin models if you can't wait that long, or you could do a little conversion (I would love to see the results if anyone does...)
