In Canadian not that much of a great deal roughly your paying for evrything + 9 extra dollars for the codex and the upgrade sprue..

i dont really see the point, the only thing new about it is the exclusive characters and the dark angels who could be made with green stuff and normal marines- the ravenwing sprue im sure you could wait for without spending all that cash...just seems a bit much, especially as u dont get the options for the termies and scouts that you would from their respective boxes

Its a stupid question, but there something that kind of bugs me in the deal. The DA Army Set includes "an exclusive Company Master." So does that mean that particular DA captain is a limited edition thing? If it is, that sucks. I like that better than the other DA captain (the one with 2 feather plumes on his head).

Nice. Some of the options don't seem too good though. I don't want scouts with bolters, I'm not going to use assault deathwing, etc. I'll probably have a librarian in termie armor, not power armor. Etc etc etc.

This is just bitching, though, and I'd reserve it for the other stuff, easy.

I happen to like the commander (the winged helmet one too). The vets look great. The librarian in quite attractive, though I'll convert his staff into a sword, maybe. I can use the predator... and... of course... THE CODEX!

Blimey a box set I might actually use, except that god forsaken special edition miniature, god I HATE that model, it just looks so boring and plain and, ah never mind, I can make one 1000000x better from plastic

I like the Devastator Sergeants helmet, that will help me make my commander, probably turn the divvies and that 5 man combat unit into a tactical squad, save the Weapons for something better

it would be nice if you got all the options, its like the scouts, why are they only armed with bolters? what if you want to arm them with bolt pistol and cc weapon or..ahem...shotguns? at least if you buy scouts seperately you get an option

Having never purchased a packaged army deal, I was hoping someone could answer a question. When the deal lists an entry, say a devistator squad, do they throw in everything that is in the boxed set? ie. all weapon options, wargear and transfers. Or will they give us 1 lascannon, 1 missle launcher, 1 HB and 1 plasma cannon?

Looks alright,the new HQ models look nice,espcialy the libby.Everything looks fine except for the fact they put assault terminators in there,there not giving you an option really,now if they put in regular terminators I might consider.

Doesn't seem that great to me. Then against it is another Space Marine release, so I guess I am apathic now. Blah.
