Is there some sort of spelling tool on here when you type it will underline the word in red like in microsoft word? If so could I get a link if it is a download.

I have the latest version of Mozilla Firefox, which does it for you when you type, it's really useful. Google 'Mozilla Firefox', and you should find the site to download the latest version soon enough. It's free, and IMO a far better browser than Internet explorer, as it block unwanted pop-ups and the like automatically. Check it out, that's my advice.

Yar, that's what I use as well... Although I remember not too long ago LO used to have it's own spell checker. I guess we dumped it because so few people used it anyways..

I know it looks like I'm purposely coming down on people in this forum, but so be it. If you're concerned about your spelling (which is great, everyone should be) just read over your post after you finished typing (but before submitting); this isn't just useful for spelling but also for checking your post has a decent flow to it and includes all the points you wanted to make.
If you're really concerned about it, or english isn't your native language so you don't actually know if what you typed is correct, copy and paste it into word and spellcheck there. It's not that much effort surely? And if it is, it probably works as a motivation for getting things right the first time around ;).

See accidental and I'm not going to look for a word that I already know how to spell right, which is why I was wondering about this.

When you make a post, there should be an icon that has "ABC" with a checkmark under it, just above the smilies. You'll need iespell installed and it should prompt you when you click the icon.

Umm...not really sure what that is. I'm guessing (from the dsl) that it's a type of internet connection or something, but it shouldn't matter - just google 'Mozilla Firefox' and you should find the site soon enough.
