I get this when my character count exceeds 600.

When I trim it down to under 300, it's fine. Is the 600 message an old bit of code not removed? Is a 600 count possible to obtain?

There's a very subtle difference between the two. One takes into account BB code, one does not.

You're allowed up to 300 characters of regular text, and another three hundred characters worth of BB code.
