Yeah I have a problem here - the Avatar Size used to be 19,xx something KBs recently and overnight (apparently) it went down to 5,x kbs. I think that's a bit unfair, since I believe the height-width of the avatar is more important than it's general weight.

Pictures such as this (http://www.librarium-online.com/forums/image.php?u=16712&dateline=1175265867) are allowed whilst pictures such as this one (http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v118/Adahn/Site%20Things/CarcerusAvvy3.jpg) that I made for a dear friend of mine to use as his avatar can't be uploaded, despite being under the 19 kb limit that was previously instated.

I don't think it's fair, and should be changed back to the 19kb - perhaps with the 80x80 restriction.

Here, I just made that second one 4.6 Kbs.

Should be in attachments some where...

All I did was open Photoshop, and Save as for Web (Ctrl + Alt + Shift + S) and fiddled with the quality.
