I have been finding over the past few months that if I am posting a message I tend to be looged out when I submit it. This seems to happen when I give a reply that has me typing for three or four minutes. The result is anything I tried to post is lost and I have to do it all again often to be logged out again.

This is very frustrating and I was wondering if anyone has a clue why this happens.

Hrm, are you sure you're checking the 'Remember me' button whenever you log in?

First thing I would attempt is clearing out your Cookies and Cache. You might have some old data in there that's conflicting with the new cookies. Or something.

Thanks I'll try all that and see what happens. Though I think the remember me thing doesn't really work as I used to click it but the thing never remembers my password.

In case Caluin's advice doesn't work; as a meantime solution for the losing posts problem, copy everything to wordpad before hitting submit.
