OK been adding to my beloved gribblies recently, finally got round to finishing all 6 fexes! So i thought i'd do a new army shot to show off... er i mean show you! :wink:

Currently been using the nidzillas in a 1500pt force and i have 2 wins and a draw (draw was against a tau tourney army, so was very happy with result).

Very nice mate! Looks great. I like your use of the purple on the bases to break up the colours too.

Gareth mate.. this is one hell of an impressive army. You said 4000pts, give or take, that is bigger than most 40k armies will ever be; or even more than most will take a Fantasy army. And such a striking look too. Well done for you!

Woohaaaa, It's huge... That is so impressive. I think Tyranids is the most impressive, together with IG, when one've collected a huge force. I like your use of colors on the scales, it somehow unifies the army. The Hierophant will be an impressive addition :w00t:...

Dude its too small. Add something as well as the Hierophant, I mean, they look all alone and frightened and WHO am I kidding? Looking at that makes ME feel all alone and frightened! :O

OOO, cool swarm. I like the use of colour on it and the way the colours work together. They are a very unified bunch. I do like the look of that winged Hive tyrant. It's the one from Forge world I think. Do they fit in well with the other Tyranids as I have considered getting one sometime.

so did you model the paint scheme after a particular dendrobate? the black and yellow/green carapaces sort of remind me of leucs and auratus.
