The forum was upgraded today from 3.6.4 to 3.6.7 and more advanced forum stats at the bottom replacing the old one.

I dig the bottom stats, just takes a little getting used to.

However, it seems (to me) as if the user group icons below our names are messed up... instead of a single, unified column, they're all separate, making them take up a lot of space and look really messy, to me.

Is this related to the update, and could they be fixed?

It does look kind of pretty.....in a cluttered and crowded "we're so busy we can't find the room for anything extra" kinda way.
Like LN said, just take a little getting used to.

I feel sorry for Karmoon though. He just got into the top 10 posters and now he has to beat Kuffy to get back on board. Same with reever and the others.

I like the bottom statistics, but they do look a little clustered.

I noticed that the tags were stacked together in some sub forums, but in others, it is like LN said, they are separate images.

Anyways, just a few comments:

1) Is it possible to get the user group icons back together? They flow much more nicely that way.

2) Is it possible to make find some space (get rid of something, maybe) in the bottom area to maybe add the number of replies to the recent topics?

3) It no longer brings me to the last post in a thread when I click on the bottom link - it brings me to the first. This can be kind of annoying when the thread is 48 pages long and I've read 47 of those pages...

Just some things to think about. :)

I must say I'm glad of the new improved things. Usually I'm quite the conservative guy when it comes to LO changing, but this time it all seems to be to the better.

Oh, it can be done, with posts like that. It's just hard to do when you make posts that actually contribute something to the discussion. :sleep:

I like the clutter of the bottom part, shows a lot of useful information. My only problem with it is the lack of information about the number of replies the recent threads have had... that's always a useful part, for me, when I check the new posts.

Not quite. I agree with you on this, they do use a bit more space then needed. But I do like that the giver of Rep is once again revealed and the "cluster" at the bottom is also nice.
