Its a Ultramarine librarian connected to a still living hormagaunt head to connect to the hivemind.
That is great looking, one of the best i've seen around the site but should be posted in the scetch book thread.....someone will be moving it shortly.

Nice, job! I like the Tyranid Head, it reminds me of my friend's drawings.
Sometimes I draw like that, except it has more smoke and tanks and gunfire... you know, Iron Warriors stuff.
