    Death Watch!

yay! The Death Watch have made their return and are legal once again. I am not sure if they ever weren't legal but the guy who runs my local hobby shop didn't let me use my death watch in tournemts until a new chapter approved on them was released so I am happy now! Anyone else excited about the Death Watch coming back out? And does GW sell any boxed sets of these guys anymore? I can't find any thing except the bits on the GW site.

The WD says you can buy them from Direct... So I don't think they are rerelesing the boxset. Can't you just make them from a normal space marine squad?
Do anyone here know anything more of these cool killing machines?
    They are pretty damn cool!

I know all the rules, but in spanish, in english...
About the models, you can buy in the online store the pads and the bolters, then you look for all your space marines rest and make one model of each chapter you want in your squads (mine: a Space Wolf, a Dark Angel, a Crimson Fist, a Salamander, a Ultramarine, a Emperor´s Scythe -my comandant-, an Iron Fist, a Doom Eagle, an Iron Golem and a Winged Skull -invented-) If you want see part of them:

They are the Millitant arm of the Ordo Xenos. Much like the Grey Knights and the Sisters of Battle. Space Marines volunteer to serve with them and then they serve a amount of time and then go back to their chapters. You can't make them from a normal space marine squad because you need the shoulder pads, helmets, and bolters of the Death Watch. I wish they would come out with Ordo Xenos.

    Picture very small.

U can buy them from Games-Workshop Online.

    In UK its @ http://uk.games-workshop.com/storefr...UAD&orignav=10

But at £15 for 5!! They are more of an elite choice than an army lol.

Currently you can only use them in SM armies....the battle report in WD with DW with IG was a private ageement between gamers.

IIRC the artical said that you can include them in any Imperium army as an HQ choice, OR you can replace certain squads in a codex marine army with Deathwatch squads. He was following the rules.
    Wake. Rise. Destroy. Conquer.
We have done so once. We will do so again.

That was for him to select his librarian from the Space Marine Codex instead of from the Death Watch entry.

The deathwatch can have a librarian as an upgrade with the same specs and weapon options, there is no need for an agreement

The agrement was necesary, because the librarian described in their rules is with the old Space Marines rules, but this one have the actual equipment and one of the new psiquic power
