so what does everyone think of the killteam game in this months white dwarf?
i havent played yet so can anyone give us some idea as to how it goes?
I guess you mean the Fire Warrior: Descent mission?
I haven't really looked at it all that much, but the terrain looks really well done indeed IMO. nice and detailed, and just as it was in the actual game iteself.

Actually I think he means Kellys Heros (The Kill Team rules) for 40k. Anyways, I played in a tourney that was kill team last weekend, it was a little confusing, but it was a lot of fun, and thats what matters aint it.
In the second White Dwarf that has Kill Team rules(287) it gives rules for the Elite Kill Team. I think these teams are much more fun to play with, I do have one problem though. For the Boss Goon it says that Tau get a Shas'Ui, all the Tau get is gun drones. The problem is this paragraph: The antagonist in a game of Kill Team that uses Elite teams automatically has 15 points to spend on his Boss Goon. These points will usually only be enough to cover the cost of the upgrade to veteran sergeant status.
There is no Shas'Ui upgrade for gun drones, so what do Tau do with those points.
i would rather play a normal mission, the rules are sort of boring, its alot like sentries
