Hello all! I am new to Beasts of Chaos and Warhammer as a whole. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, but here is what I've come up with for a Friendly BoC army.
Doombull (MoS, Boncrusher Mace, Chaos Armour, Crown of Horns)
Wargor (Shield, MoS, Chaos Armour, Sword of Battle)
Bray-Shaman (Braystaff, lvl 2 Sorcerer, MoS, Chaos Armour)
Wargor (Great Weapon, MoS, Slaughterer's Blade, Chaos Armour)
Beast Herd 1 (10 Gor, 5 Ungor)
Beast Herd 2 (12 Gor, 8 Ungor)
Beast Herd 3 (7 Gor, 5 Ungor)
Beast Herd 4 (5 Gor, 23 Ungor)
Warhounds 1 (5 Warhounds)
Warhounds 2 (5 Warhounds)
Beastigor 1 (10 Beastigor, MoS)
Beastigor 2 (10 Beastigor, MoS)
Minotaurs 1 (5 Minotaur, 5 Great Weapons, MoS)
Minotaurs 2 (4 Minotaur, 4 Extra hand Weapon, MoS)
Centigors 1 (6 Centigor, 6 Shields)
Lemme know what you think!
Here are some simple things involving the Fantasy rules
Can only have 1 type of magic item per army, Other words you cannot have 3 chaos armors.
Also making doombull your general mean mino's are core and beast herds are special, so you only have 2 core,(3 needed at 2k) and 5 Special,(4 max) and i believe Besti's also become special, making the count more.
Also on your last wargor you have Slaughterers blade and a great weapon. If you take a magic weapon you must use it so an extra gw is useless since you may never switch to it.
Other than that, fun start, Slan is good mark because you wont run away which beast tend to do a lot.
I would either drop the shaman or add another one since 1 wizard isnt going to do to much in the gran sceme of things. Either go no magic or more magic, unless you take the shaman to be a scroll caddy, and it looks like yours is battle ready. Also if you put your Wargor in with the Beastigors, then you do not need to mark them both, saving you points.
I also feel, forgot its name put its a pair of axes to give to doombull. Doom has a str of 6 and does not need even more str, the axes give him an extra attack and something else good. Remember Doom needs to run in and hit hard and fast.
Hope this helps

Good Luck and have fun!

Thanks so much for the rules clarification! I was confused about those few rules. So I would be better off making the Wargor General? And just have the minos as Specials? Or since the Bull is a Lord does he have to be General? I am also tinkering around with the idea of having very small strike units of Beast Herd rather than the larger units.
thanks a ton!
