The Best Army I've Ever Fought!

Hi there, im not a beastmen player my self but not to long ago I played against a beastmen player, and it was without a doubt the strongest army I have played against.
He played a beast of tzeentch army, and this is routhly what it consisted of (bare in mind I dont have the army book..):

Beastlord of tzeentch, shield, armour of scaly skin and magic res. of 1 + chaos armour(?), horn of 1+ to raider roll, dispell scroll.

Wargor of tzeentch, enchanted shield, chaos armour, dispell scroll.

Wargor of tzeentch, shield, chaos armour, dispell scroll.

Wargor of tzeentch, shield, chaos armour.

Troops.
5 gor, 2 h. weapons.
6 ungors, shield spears. dont remember if there were a command group... - wargor here

11 tzeentch gors, ful command, banner of d6 s.4 hits. - beastlord here
11 tzeentch gors, ful command, - wargor with enchanted shield here.
4 x chariots.
5 hounds.

Rare.
mutated giant.

All charcter had lore of the beast, which made them incredible in CC...
I dont know if an army like this one is old news, and a very common build for beastmens players. but it was the first time i played such an army, and by turn 4 I had killed somewhere in the area of 10% of his army, he had killed 100% of mine...
But I had a blast while being masacred, it was a really really fun army to play against and also a really really strong army as well.
Well just thought that I would post it for any beastmen players out there...

Don't feel so bad about getting massacred by turn 4, this is an illegal army for a few reasons.

1) Mark of tzeentch sorcerers must take their spells from the Lore of Tzeentch. They cannot choose another one like lore of beasts.

2) Chaos Armor is a magic item for the beasts of chaos, it is not like the new warriors of chaos where it is a mundane item. As such, only one may be taken in the entire army. Also, since you can only take one magic armor item per character, the beastlord would not be able to take chaos armor and the pelt of the dark young (the scaley skin and magic res item). Also the one wargor would not beable to take chaos armor and an enchanted shield.

3) Only one unit of bestigors may be given a mark in your army, in this list there are two.

ok sorry to hear that he wasnt playinf a legal list... he told me that that the tzeentch lore was an option if taking the mark of tzeentch, but that you didnt have to...

Just politly point him in the direction of the beasts of chaos book page 76 - chaos magic.

Under the heading Using Chaos Magic In Your Battles, it should clear up any misunderstandings. Basically says if you have a certain mark you must take you spells from that mark.

At least it's slightly illegal, and not totally bonkers, like too many rare and special choices, or disregarding the minimum of units :p
