Welcome to Librarium Online!
I have been wrestling with this book for a while now trying to come up with something that I could enjoy playing. Please let me know what you think in terms of effectiveness. It is for casual play and I usually play against O&G or Brets, so nothing really hard-core.
Lord: Beastlord w/ Sword of Might, Gnarled Hide, Many Limbed Fiend, Hvy. armor, shield, Chalice of Dark Rain = 249 pts.
Heroes: Gorebull BSB w/ Brass Cleaver, Ench. Shield, Hvy. armor = 238 pts.
Bray Shaman w/ 2nd lev., Staff of Darkoth, Razorgor Chariot = 305 pts.
Bray Shaman w/ 2nd lev., scroll, Hagtree Fetish, Razorgor Chariot = 300 pts.
Core: 17 Gor w/ add. hnd. weap., FC = 161 pts.
2x5 Ungor Raiders
Special: 2 Razorgor
3 Minotaurs w/ grt. weap. = 189 pts.
Rare: Ghorgon & Jabberslythe
Beastlord in the Gor and Gorebull in the Minos. The plan is to have the Raiders and the Chalice protect my Gor and Minos until they get into combat. Harpies and Jabber get into the rear to deal with war machines and then cause havoc. Ghorgon, Razorgors, and Chariots(if needed) flank charge whatever the Minos and Gor charge. So, let me know what you think. All comments welcome as I have been having a very difficult time coming up with a list that I am happy with. Thanks in advance.
I would drop the Gorgon and one of the razorgor chariots and instead use the points to pay for a second unit of Gors, an extra razorgor and some more ungor raiders (possibly waiting in ambush) or some chaos hounds.
Follow this up by putting one of the Shamans in the second Gor regiment and have him spam he Bears Anger on himself so that he has four strength 6 attacks in combat, which is not to sniffed at when combined with the attacks from the gors themselves.
Leave the second shaman in the Razorgor chariot with either lore of Beasts (to spam The Bears Anger on himself making him better in combat) or the Lore of the Wild (to spam Viletide on himself so that he gets a better opportunity to charge).
If you have any points left over I recommend spending them on more ungors and/or chaos hounds.
Overall your tactics are sound you just need to have a few more units to hold the enemy in place whilst you hit their flanks.

Thanks for the feedback(Rep for you for being the only one in four days to comment). I actually changed the list around a bit for a battle I had Sunday vs. Brets. Ended up with a Solid Victory and I forgot a whole load of things. The list was:
Lord: Beastlord w/ Brass Cleaver, Chalice of Dark Rain, hvy. armor, Gnarled Hide, Ench. Shield, Razorgor Chariot
Bray Shaman w/ 2nd. Lev, scroll, Hagtree Fetish, Razorgor Chariot
Gorebull w/ BSB, Sword of Might, hvy.armor, shield, Many Limbed Fiend
Core: 2x5 Ungor Raiders w/ musc.
10 Ungor Raiders w/ musc.
5 Chaos Hounds
Special: 2x5 Harpies
3 Minotaurs w/ add. hand weap., st. bear.
Rare: Jabberslythe and Ghorgon
MVP of the game was Slugtongue. Before the game started he took out a Knight, 3 peasants, 2 Men-at-Arms, and both Damsels(my opponent will not make the mistake of leaving them on their own again.) That let my Shaman get off Beast Cowers on a unit of Knights for the first 3 turns(until he stupidly charged and was killed off). I was able to use the raiders and hounds for redirecting and the speed of the rest of the list allowed me to get 2 triple charges off(Chariot, Jabberslythe, and Harpies once and chariot, Jabberslythe, and Minos for the second). Lord didn't do much but I will give him another shot. He was challenged out of combat so the Cleaver didn't help much and then he failed 3 out of four 3+ saves to get killed by a lowly Paladin.Minotaurs and Jabberslythe were the main killers. Ghorgon had to charge some peasants and then overran into the corner of the board, so he was out of action for most of the game. I am thinking of switching him out for 5 Centigors with Gorehoof and see how that works. Also, possibly switch out the Hounds for more Raiders as I find them easier to set up bait and flee paths with. The hounds were there to screen the Ghorgon so if I take him out I can replace the hounds as well. Please let me know what you think of the new list and the possible changes. I had a very hard time coming up with a list but I actually had a pretty good time with it so maybe these guys aren't as bad as I thought. Thanks in advance for any comments.

The brass cleaver is over rated as its really only good against normal infantry. If you know you are going to get challenged the Sword of Men is a good choice as if you win the challenge your beastlord and the unit he is with get Terror and Unbreakable (Which is great if you are facing warriors of chaos.).
Switching the hounds for the raiders is a good idea as they are better in my opinion than chaos hounds.
Just a quick question, what do you use for your Jabberslythe?
Oh and cheers for the Rep.
Yeah, I'm going to try and combo charge him with the Mino's so the Gorebull can take any challenges. I simply don't have the points to take the Axe of Men. As for the Jabber, I used my Lord of Change to sub for him. I'm still not sure I like the army so I am going to try it a few times before I take the time and effort to convert something up.
hmmm i actually really like your list how did the razorgors get on? im still not sure about taking them?? also how did the gorebull get on? i take a doombull but im wondering if a gorebull will do pretty much the same thing but save me a few points! taking raiders instead of warhounds? hmmm i dunno i like the fact the the warhounds have 14inch charge.....
I'll have to get back to you on the Razorgor. They didn't do anything. I had them set-up to charge into a unit of knights after they had finished off one of my Harpy groups. Unfortunately he rolled a 15 for overrun and my pigs ended up getting charged instead. They died without doing anything. The Gorebull did wonderfully. I kept the unit screened with raiders until I could get a charge off. The unit ended up with +3 attacks and took out 2 units of knights. Gorebull took 2 wounds and the rest of the unit 1 wound. I like the Beastlord for the extra LD but I am playing around with Doombull ideas as well. I prefer the Raiders because I find them easier to screen and set-up bait-n-flee charges with than hounds. If I keep the Ghorgon I will probably keep one unit of hounds to screen for him but otherwise I find that Raiders fit my style better. I think the next incarnation will drop the hounds and the Ghorgon. I will add a Razorgor chariot(drop to one unit of Harpies) and some more Raiders for ambushing. I am also going to switch out the Sword of Might and Many Limbed Fiend on the Gorebull for the Axes of Khorgor.
