1x Beastlord- HA, GW, Crown of Command (army general)
1x Great Bray Shaman- Dispel Scroll (Lore of Shadows)
1x Wargor- BSB, Beast Banner, HA, Shield, Gnarled Hide
39x Gors- AHW, FC
30x Ungors- Hw/Sh, 5x6 formation
39x Bestigor- FC, War Banner
I've had some success with a unit of Ungors as a stalling tactic. I started with a block of 20 but decided to pack in as many as I could for potential steadfast. Remarks would be appreciated.

Ungors are better the more you have, for sure. The list is looking pretty solid. I personally prefer more chaff to a tarpit, though. One thing I have been favoring of late is giving Bestigors the Wailing Banner - causing Terror masks a few otherwise bad matchups.
Agreed on Wailing Banner but I would have to give up a razorgor to do it. If I did that I could boost to 35 Ungors with a Musician and take the wailing banner but I'm not sure one less pig is a good idea. I've had some excellent results from running two of them. Although, they are a chaff unit, and having a bigger block of Ungor may be more beneficial. I'll have to test it out but the idea of a terror causing unit of Bestigor is very tempting.

To be honest, I don't run Ungor as an infantry unit in my lists (I'm not a big believer in tarpits, especially not expensive ones like Ungor), which allows me to bring more dummy drops and buy nice things like the Wailing Banner. Up to you, though.
