Sorry to say, but I can't say I like some of the decisions that were made here. Khazrak is nice, but you don't have a list that can take advantage of his Ambush talents and you have him in a block that can't support him well at all (Ungors don't win fights by themselves, and a character in there won't change that). Razorgors in units are Panic tests waiting to happen, and at Ld6 that's a bad thing. Shields on Gors is a subpar choice, putting the Wargor BSB in Bestigors instead of Gors doesn't make much sense, not having the Crown of Command is not something I'd recommend, and Warhounds with Poison is simply a waste.

All right, now that I've picked the list apart, here's how I'd go about fixing it:

    1. Take the Crown of Command on your Beastlord, and put him in the Bestigors. This is your anchor unit, the one that you build your strategy around.
    2. Bring Tuskgor Chariots and Ungor Raiders (along with a big block of Gors with the Beast Banner BSB ) to help fill out your Core. You can bring a big block of Ungors if you like as well, though if you're committed to Khazrak, I'd actually recommend medium-sized units of Gors to help threaten people using the Ambush rule.
    3. You can field up to 6 1-man units of Razorgors in a 3000+ army, so I suggest you do so. These are great units to gum up your opponent's plan. Some Harpies would also do some good here.
    4. Consider some Minotaurs, as well as swapping out some cheap Shamans for a Gorebull. You frankly don't need all that many dice near your Herdstone (my experience is that 3-4 guys near the rock is enough, and it's not like this will let you start with more than 12 dice anyway), and you could use one more unit with legitimate punch.

I wouldn't consider this mandatory, but I also like the fighting Great Bray-Shaman build as well (Fencer's Blades, Jagged Dagger, Talisman of Preservation, Uncanny Senses). It helps refill the dice pool, add a bit more combat prowess to a unit, while keeping the Shaman somewhat safe (WS10, T5, and a 4+ Ward save isn't squishy).

I am sold on khazrak as the game I am playing is against vampires so having khazrak and his whip makes perfect sense. I have put the bsb in the unit of 40 gors and then the second wargor in the unit of bestigors with the COC so they are stubborn on 9 i see what you mean about having smaller units of gors instead o the ungor unit to make use of khazrak. Also thanks fo the reply.
