Is anyone out there using the jabberwocky other than me?Ive got two of them now I modeled them out of nazgul from Lord of the ringsIve been using them a lot , sometimes one, sometimes two but one usualy does the job.
I use them as a torpedo from halfway across the board to support my warhounds and minotaurs and I use them to scare away and blast units in the center of their army. last night I terror bombed an empire army and killed three handgunners two knights two spearmen and great sword and then my jabberslyth went to the otherside of his army where he cause more havoc for several turns
Ive been using him more as massive scary leadership test taking distraction than combat. Mostly because his flying allows him to stay out of charge range and away from getting shot and blown to death.
how does everyone else theirs? If they use him at all? I dont like the ghorgon because of his baiting factors and no save
I always use one, I send mine down a flank, hiding from shooting. I usually do one turn of leadership test spam, while I set up charges on warmachines and other shooting units. After I take care of those, I send him into the flank/rear of other combats to break the ranks
I ignore his leadership ability as it generally doesn't do much if anything, so if it does, its a bonus. I run 2 of them in my lists and together they destroy pretty much anything.
